Just in case you are not aware of the work Heartmath does for FREE to link the global community monthly I thought I would share this subscription I have for you to look at, WITH THE FOLLOWING WARNING!!!  If you subscribe they will send you lots of ads.  There, I said it. They are one of the only credible groups that use your input as data, but they need money to keep doing it.  It is FREE, but they will ASK for MONEY if you subscribe.  Also, this is a community that assumes you know how to contact silence and the heart space at will.  Ah-herm.

On the average, the moon rises 50 minutes later every night. But not the Hunter’s Moon! At mid-northern latitudes, the Hunter’s Moon rises about 35 to 40 minutes later for several evenings in a row around now. And at far northern latitudes, the Hunter’s Moon rises around 15 to 20 minutes later for several evenings in succession.  HAPPY FULL MOON, YO!

“The full Moon is here, causing an increase of release and letting go.
Normally a full Moon invites an external focus, yet this one is very different. With Sun debilitated in Libra, energy is naturally low and more inward. In fact, resisting this urge will result in physical weakness and the body forcing you to stop, slow down and listen. Listen to its messages and surrender before it shouts at you!

“Just before it fully ripens, the Moon must leap through the tricky gandanta between Pisces and Aries. This is a delicate transit which naturally compels transformation and release- especially within the emotional body. Fatigue, extra rest and meditation are vital at this time.
This transition point is particularly challenging because Pisces brings us endings and release, while Aries invites in beginnings and renewal. There is usually some big, necessary change that must be attended to when planets pass through this point. As Moon moves from watery sign, Pisces, into the fire sign, Aries, expect a strong emotional body shift. The Moon is expanded and full anyway, our emotional cups are at capacity, and there is a necessary release finding its natural course. Notice where you are holding and gripping. What can be softened and released?
The full Moon is in Aries during the early hours of Tuesday morning, while Moon transits Ashwini nakshatra- the first of the 27 nakshatras. This particular constellation is connected to rejuvenation and healing. There is ample potential and possibility available here. Ruling deities, the Ashvini-Kumara twins, are experts in Ayurveda and the healing arts. Among their healing resources are music and the arts- as moving creative energy is vital for both health and well being, while increasing joy and vitality.

This full Moon reminds us to take slow, meaningful steps. It’s a time to turn inward, despite the fullness of the Moon- which usually invites an external focus. In the cycle to come, we must attend to the vital release process and the transformations invited through letting go and endings. Removal and release of relationships and that which no longer serves you in nourishing and supportive ways, must be severed and set free. Radically let go of those who do not have your needs and deep nourishment in mind.
In the waning Moon cycle, notice what is falling away naturally and forcing you to attend to release. If you’re gripping tightly and refusing to surrender, there will be challenge. First, look to see where you need more support and nourishment in your life and what challenges continue to present themselves. These are old stories that need your deeper attention. Liberate yourself from fear, old stories, paradigms and mental body blockages. You are as powerful as you allow your self to be. What is holding you back and keeping you from your full potential?”~swatijrjyotish.com

GCI October 2015 Full Moon Synchronized Care Focus

Dear Lynn,

Welcome to the Global Coherence Initiative’s October 27, 2015 Full Moon (12:05 GMT/UTC) synchronized Care Focus. In order for GCI members around the world to participate at a convenient time, we have chosen 4 a.m., 12:00 p.m. (noon), and 8 p.m. Pacific Time (GMT/UTC minus 7 hours) when GCI members in the Global Care Roomcan do the Care Focus together.* Thank you for being with us.

Compassion is one of the highest gifts we can give and receive at any time, and especially in areas where the global emotional climate is experiencing increased chaos and uncertainty. However, more people are reporting feeling drained and stressedgiving compassion.

Within our hearts we have the capacity to feel love and compassion for the stress points of others and the planet, while maintaining emotional equanimity. A familiar expression for describing compassion is when we can hold love and light for others in dark moments, without draining our own battery and joining them in the dark. With heart-felt intention, we can learn to regulate our over-attachment as we send compassion. This won’t dilute the efficacy of our care. It multiplies the effectiveness of our love and care without draining our energetic system.

Self-compassion is a primary self-care step in our personal empowerment and self- maintenance practices. Many people tend to respond awkwardly when it’s suggested they feel compassion and love for themselves—it can seem a little self-serving, or undeserved. This is because of handed down entrainment from old belief systems. Compassionate care for ourselves is not an act of selfishness; it’s an act of intelligence, our heart’s intelligence.

Self-compassion is a heart vibration that nurtures us with a non-judgmental acceptance and allowance. It guides and supports us through the best ways to respond to stressful situations and events. Self-compassion is not just for challenging times; it’s a regenerative energy at any time for nurturing our cells and boosting the resilience in our mental and emotional nature (and much more).

Let’s start by connecting in the heart with everyone participating in the Global Care Room and radiating love and appreciation to each other.

Care Focus – Self-Compassion

1. To practice self-compassion, simply get quiet and relax into stillness.
2. Imagine breathing unconditional love and self-compassion into your mental/emotional and physical nature. Do this for a while – like a meditation. Most importantly, do this from the heart with an attitude similar to interacting with a best friend that truly cares and understands – not an attitude of pity.
3. Now, ask for your heart’s guidance and facilitation regarding anything that’s causing you stress or needs renewal, etc.
4. Next, let’s radiate compassion to those suffering from planetary stressors, such as wars, refugee crises, starvation, poverty, climate changes, earthquake and more, and to other situations that draw your heart’s care.
5. Let’s close by envisioning that all the stressors and adversities humanity is experiencing are the release of old energy so as to create the opportunity for a consciousness shift and reset — which will unveil thriving possibilities for humanity, Earth, and its creatures.

You can continue to do the Care Focus in the Global Care Room, if convenient after the full moon, as this will help raise the vibratory rate of the personal and collective field environment.

Thank you for your participation in this Care Focus.
